• 100% refund will be made, if the batches aren’t rescheduled.
  • The delegate would have the privilege of rescheduling and attending class in future as per the available schedule .
  • The delegate, if wishes to, can send his/her replacement. However, this should be intimated to Henry Harvin at least 3 days ahead of the event date.
  • The delegate can request for transfer to a new course by paying 15% amount (additional) of the actual price of the course
  • If the delegate training fees or any other dues are not paid, the admission department will stop the services if all the formalities are not completed.
    Note: The Course fee must be paid in full, before the training session begins
  • There are many trainers associated with us for every course, The demo trainer and the course trainer may be the same or maybe different. Subject to availability
Whereas, if for some unforeseen reasons, a delegate wishes to reschedule his/her registration to a future date, a rescheduling fee is charged as mentioned below:
  • If the request of rescheduling is received ahead of 7days or more, 10% of registration fee will be charged.
  • Please note that rescheduling will be subject to availability of seats.
  • If the request of rescheduling is received within 7 days or less, no rescheduling will be allowed to the delegate. However the delegate can send a replacement instead.
  • The delegate can request course customization by paying INR 10,000/-
