In 2019, UAE decided to give a 10 years visa to the most talented professionals in their fields. The UAE Golden Card includes the professionals like Engineers, Ph.D. Holders, and Physicians who are graduated from UAE-authorized universities. It also includes individuals who have scored a GPA of an average of 3.8.  

Under the new rules, UAE will Grant the Golden Card to entrepreneurs, Investors, Exceptional Talented Individuals, Scientists, Humanitarian Pioneers, Graduates, and Students who are outstanding in their fields.

Golden Visa for Professionals:

UAE is looking for experts with a major expansion in their chosen categories. UAE is expecting professionals to be well-qualified, high-skilled, and highly experienced in the following streams:

Golden Visa for Scientists:

Golden Visa for Students and graduates:

UAE will provide Golden Visa to the students and graduates who own exceptional academic excellence and have gained high marks either in UAE Secondary schools or universities.

On the other hand, students who graduated from the top 100 universities are warmly welcomed.

Golden Visa for Humanitratian Pioneers:

Humanitarian Pioneers with the following conditions can get the Golden Visa:

• Distinguished volunteers and sponsors of humanitarian efforts

Golden Visa for Skilled Workers:

Eligibilities required for Skilled Workers:

• The job must fall under the occupation level 1 or Level 2 as the Ministry of Human Resources Emiratisation has defined. 
• The Skilled worker must have a Bachelor’s degree.

Golden Visa for Foreign Investors:

• Investors must deposit 10 million Dirhams in an investment Fund in UAE
• The investor either should be an owner of a company or Should be a partner with a company with 10 million Dirhams
• The funds should be owned by the investor instead of funded and loaned
• The proof of investment must be submitted
• The investment must have been held by the investor for 3 years
• Investors must have insurance for themself and their families as well

Golden Visa for Heros:

UAE will provide the Golden Visa to the extraordinary workers who have been there in crises such as COVID-19 and are also eligible to apply for the Golden Visa.

Roadmap to UAE

There are 4 other ways to get your visa to UAE:

• Employment Visa: It is the most common type of visa where the employer will make all the arrangements for your employee visa residence permit. 
• Dependent Visa:

1. This visa will be granted if you have your spouse in the city. They should be earning a minimum of AED 4,000 per month.
2. If you’re going with your children then the earning should be AED 20,000 so you can live with them.
3. If your parents are trying to sponsor you then you should be under the age of 18, a student, or unmarried. 

• Student Visa: A student visa will only be granted if you have enrolled in a UAE university or educational institution.
• Investor Visa: If you have invested in a company based in UAE or have opened one in UAE then you can get the investor visa.
