Quality Circle refers to a group of employees who meet each other regularly to discuss different methods of problem-solving as well as production improvement in their organization. There are a minimum of three and a maximum of twelve members in a quality circle. A manager or supervisor usually leads their group and presents the solutions devised by them to the management.
