I am from Delhi and last year I passed out from my hotel management academy. My area of interest is food and beverage management. During my internship in the last year of my studies, I  got a first-hand experience of the strict guidelines and processes followed in this field. Since we deal with food there is little scope of error.

Now I have joined a hotel which supplies packed food which is served in airlines. I am a new joiner and I want to prove myself fit for this industry. That’s why I looked up some courses during my break and found Henry Harvin’s Lean Six Sigma Black belt Certification Course. This course focused on minimizing errors and I have heard about this to be very useful from many renowned people in the industry. I immediately enrolled for the course and I am in my 3rd week of the course now. I have been introduced to many new concepts and methodologies during this training. The statistical inference based decision making and data-driven problem-solving techniques were extremely useful which would help me in my future course of action. Our is an industry that relies on high-quality product and services and continuous customer satisfaction.

The Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification focusses on these two aspects and many more through their 80-hours of instructor-led training. There will an examination before we are awarded the certificate, so I am very serious about attending all the sessions and clearing my doubts. This is one area where the trainers are very approachable, there is a whatsapp group of all the students and the trainers where we can ping them even in off-course hours.

I want to make my mark in this industry and aspire to be an entrepreneur someday. I highly recommend this course to young professionals like me who are starting their career and want to be taken seriously.
