I am a senior manager at a leading private sector bank in Bhopal. During one of our training sessions, We were introduced to the Lean Six Sigma Black Belt course. During that training session, I got to know how important this course was and our bank also made it mandatory for all the employees at the senior level to get this certification.

One of my colleagues suggested that I did the course at Henry Harvin Institute. I looked up the course and also read reviews about the Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt Course. The course duration and curriculum perfectly suited my requirements. The course was in online mode with 36-hours of live interactive sessions and we were given access to the LMS where all the recorded sessions of the classes were available to us.

Our trainer was an industry expert who guided us through all the new concepts and managerial tools. I found a few of the statistical concepts very difficult to understand but the trainer patiently explained them to me again and cleared all my doubts during the doubt -clearing session. We were a group of professionals with varied experiences and from time to time we were encouraged to share any challenging situation that we had faced in our professional lives. We all enjoyed such sessions and learnt a lot from each other’s experience. I appeared for the examination after completing the course and I was very satisfied with my performance.

Now I am a certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt Certificate holder. I have not only fulfilled the requirement mandated by my bank but also earned a lot of knowledge regarding streamlining processes and reducing errors. I would recommend this course to young professionals as well as those working at senior levels in the banking sector.
