I reside in Kolkata and I work in the packaging industry. My role is that of a quality manager. I have been in this industry for the last 3 years. It is not yet a huge setup, so we work on a tight string budget.

I wanted growth for myself and my industry too. So I consulted some of the people on LinkedIn who advised me to go for the Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt Course. On further enquiry, many of them suggested that I do the course from Henry Harvin. Due to my hectic work schedule, I couldn’t take leave and commit myself to 8 days of training so I opted to go for the online mode of training. As soon as I signed up for the course I was given access to LMS where there were recorded video sessions of all the classes.

My course started within a week and I was so happy to be doing the course with people working in a variety of sectors. I was all the more assured that I had made the right decision. Our instructor Mr Vineet was extremely proficient in his area of study and helped us go through the course without any hitch. We were taught about many management related tools which looked very complicated in the face of it but our trainer made us understand those using real-life examples. That made the concepts and strategies easily comprehensible. I learned a lot about defect reduction and how to make the supply chain more efficient and error-free.

We appeared for an examination after completion of the course and got certified with Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt certification. This certification has given me a new boost of confidence. I have also proposed some changes in the operating procedure of my industry and that is under review by my managers. This course is beneficial across industries and I would suggest anyone looking for this certification to choose Henry Harvin for it.
