I am an experienced professional working in the process excellence team for the last 5 years. Our job is to make the processes seamless and error-free. I also provide training to young professionals who join the team. We were given basic training on lean six sigma through our organization but that left me wanting for more. I wanted to gather further knowledge in this field. I searched on the internet and saw this Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Course with RPA training course offered by Henry Harvin. Since this course was available online it became feasible to do it for me.

My classes were in the evening which I could comfortably do from my home. It was 60 hours of online-tutorial, so I was a little sceptical if I could retain my interest for that long. The course was mentored by very experienced professionals who also trained professionals for the Lean six sigma Black belt course. On the way to this course, I learnt about the processes, models and tools of Six Sigma and also about various Automation activities, Orchestrator activities, UiPath, Ui Automation, REFramewok etc.

The concepts of Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification seemed known to me as I had nearly used them in my organisation. Robotic process Automation was a completely new field for me and initially. I had problems visualising the processes but our mentors held special doubt clearing sessions for people like me who were finding it difficult to catch up. They patiently cleared all our doubts and also threw real-world examples at us so that we could find and propose our business solutions.

Now I am the proud holder of an RPA + CSSE certification. This has added to my credibility in my existing organisation and also increased my prospects of going ahead in my career.
