Proper Workout<\/h2>\n<p>\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n<\/p>\n<p>During this age it is important to have a healthy exercise routine as having a regular exercise routine can prevent obesity, high blood pressure, and abnormal cholesterol levels, as well as poor lifestyle habits that lead to heart attack and stroke later in life.
